Note to self...

do NOT wear shorts to the dog park. Even when it's nice outside. Even when it gets HOT outside. If I weren't too self-conscious to post pics of my thighs, you'd see a plethora of scratch marks going in all different directions. Ouch. Oh, and a really nasty scratch in the bend of my left knee. Double ouch.

On another note: Why is it that I thought of half a dozen topics to blog about today, but can remember not a single one?

Also: WTF is lint, anyway?!

Lint, apparently, are "fine shavings of cotton and linen".

And sorry, but the dog park post made me snicker. There's a reason we wear "scratch pants" (or at least long trousers) when training with dogs.

Hmmm. But I'm not running around, shaving stuff off of my clothes. And why is it that I still have lint after every dryer cycle, considering that the stuff I'm drying is OLD, and has been washed and dried many, many times? I hate lint.
And re: the dog park...It was the first time I took a chair with me, and it coincided with wearing shorts. So my dogs were jumping onto and off my lap for two hours. With me yelping every time!

That's easy. Lint is what collects in my belly button and which I have to pick out at the end of the day!

I can never remember my topics either.... but sure as shootin' I'll have 5 or 6 during the day!

Ah... Blogger's Bane. I know it all TOO well. But we muddle through, no?

um ouch....

Just a few more days and I'll buy some drinks to numb that pain.

Suldog, I'll have to remember to add "belly button lint removal" to my daily hygiene regimen!

Blondie, it's extremely frustrating. I wish I thought to write the topics down as they occur to me, but I'm usually in the middle of a massage or on the road, so I guess it wouldn't matter anyway...

Buck, I guess we muddle through. I believe my blog would be better if I remembered some of the kick-ass topics that cross my mind during the day. Then I wouldn't be reduced to blogging about lint.

Jethro, SO looking forward to it!

I've often wondered how the lint screen can be full, despite the fact that not one article of clothing in the dryer is less than 2 years old.

I didn't realize that dog walking was a full contact sport. Of course, I don't take my dogs to dog parks. I'd hate to have to explain to someone why of my Malamutants decided to use Fluffy for a chew toy.

Yes! I don't get the lint thing at all. The way my lint trap get full, my clothes should be completely worn away by now. Weird.
I have to take my dogs to the park. There's no way taking them for a walk would give them enough exercise. They need to RUN.
"Malamutants"...I LOLed!
