Tsk, tsk EDIT: Happy Freakin' Valentine's Day!

I cut class tonight. Bad Christina, no cookie!

What the hell, I'm exhausted. We were so slammed at the spa today, we were actually overbooked and had to improvise a second side-by-side massage room in the men's spa!
(The two treatment rooms on the men's side are much larger than the ones on the women's side, don't ask me why.)

Except for my lunch break and a thirty minute window at one point this morning, I was booked back-to-back, which is why MY back hurts now and why I need a massage, myself!

But, and it's a BIG but, of course I'm thrilled that I had so much work, since I get a commission for every service I provide. So it's all money in the bank.

I decided to give myself one get-out-of-class-free card per semester. I consider it a mental health break.

So, if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go soak in the tub...I deserve it!

EDIT
This shows just how pooped I am...I forgot to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!
That's why we were so busy today, duh...

This begs the question...what do massage therapists do when THEY need pampering??? :)

I have a new feature I am starting over at the nest, please come check it out!

I was going to say I bet a lot of women got spa treatments as V-Day gifts. Sounds like a very busy day. I hope you've recouped and are all refreshed now!

Hope you got the rest you needed. Too bad I'm not there to work on you. It's been a really busy week for us too. Thankfully.

Bradley, therapists usually do...NOTHING! Physician, heal thyself. Massage therapists are the worst when it comes to self-care, it's really messed up.

Chuck, it was the couples' massages that killed us. Plus, we're running a 20%-off special on couples' massages, so a lot of people took advantage of that.
I'm almost back to normal now, and it's my weekend, yay!

Jethro, I'm ashamed to admit I've never seen a chiropractor. It's on my extremely long to-do list, and I know exactly which one I'm going to see (highly recommended, of course), I just have to pick up the phone and schedule an appointment. I think I've always been a little scared because the idea of someone messing with my spine freaks me out a little.

I'd trust YOU, though!
Hey, maybe we could work a trade? I'd massage you and Zelda, and you could adjust me!

I'm so glad you gave yourself a break - you deserved it after earning all that gravy money!

Thanks, Phlegmmy!

It just so happens I had a peanut butter cookie for dessert at lunch today.

Funny how these things work out, huh?
