It had a very happy ending, since my back, neck, and shoulder don't hurt anymore.
I was on the inversion table, which works very well for me, as I feel that it is stretching out my lower back. I mentioned that to the doc, after which he uttered the posted sentence. Of course, me being me, I immediately decided to use it as blog fodder, knowing how dirty the minds of my readers are...;)
