In retrospect it turned out good. Led me to discover the Egoscue Method. Now I combine regular massage with daily Egoscue e-cise menu tailored to my posture and gait (and updated as it has changed).
Using the two as adjuncts together thus far I have managed to pass on that second back surgery the Doc said I just had to have 5 years ago.
Wow, that sounds amazing and fantastic! Good for you. :) I think some folks would benefit more from something like Rolfing/Structural Bodywork than traditional massage.
