since I quit the caffeine, and I'm going strong. I feel MUCH better since I'm sleeping better. And I'm not totally mental anymore. Much. Or at least not more than usual. :D
Seriously though, you're lucky to escape the worst of the withdrawal effects. The last time I went cold turkey (not by choice) the ensuing headache put me on the deck.

Extra strong, yet still decaffeinated.
:)
LOL! Thank you, SCI-FI. :)
Congratulations.
I work with a coffee drinker and he really isn't productive until the morning coffee is out of his system.
I have another friend that has to limit his coffee because it causes panic attacks.

Caffeine is a mysterious substance, it has such different effects on different people!
What's wrong with being mental?!?!?!
Mwahahahaha.
100 percent caffeine free, all my life. Hasn't helped much. ;)
Good for you! Being mental has its moments...:)
Did you go through the week long caffeine withdrawal headache?
Nope. I had a slight headache the first day, but other than that and a bit of irritability, I'm fine.
And always "perky".
Oh, no, bad pun.
Pffffttttt...
Quitter.

Good luck to ya.
Brigid, I'm never perky! I don't think I am...am I?! Bad puns are okay, just this once...
Thanks, Anon!
