but not before I filmed some incredible cuteness: KITTENS NURSING!
The two kittens with collars are the ones I'm adopting in a few weeks, Bruiser and Pipsqueak. The kittens will be eight weeks old this Wednesday.
Just before the video ends, you can hear Pipsqueak's distinctive, high-pitched "mew", which gave her her name:
So precious!
The best thing is that they're old enough to purr now. Gotta love the little, purring engines. :)

It is like an old black and white movie.
We just got a new kitten.
Yes! Kittens rule! (But puppehs do, too...)
Pics, please?
Good for you! I used to always have a cat. MY WIFE is allergic, so now I don't. It's a good trade, but I still love cats.
Silver is allergic, too. Unfortunately. But since she's off to college...
Awwwww! Better'n a cup of coffee, that is!
We had a mother and kitten at the shelter yesterday who were DESPERATE to escape their cage. They knocked over their water three times in their attempts; each time I'd have to lock the door, open the cage and mop it all up. The mom would hide under the cages until I picked up the kitten to put her back -- kitten would squeak piteously, mum would pop up to check on her and I'd bung them both back in the cage. So cute!!
Awww, that is very cute! And clever of you to use her own maternal instincts to get her back in the cage. MUCH better than brute force which would lead to bloodshed, right?
