...yet FUN!
Walking down a country lane, belting out "Bohemian Rhapsody" with my daughter (including all the guitar parts and the headbanging), hitting the super-high note and causing all the neighborhood dogs to start barking, and mine to run away.
Oh, and the cicadas around here are the size of turkeys.

I think that's one of the most brilliant songs ever written. :) Even if it makes the dogs run away, haha.
Are you sure the dogs were running from the high note and not the turkey-sized cicadas?
Good point, Miz Minka! It must have been the cicadas!
That is an absolutely awesome song. I love singing it. :)
Lol! What a great mental picture! Thanks!
My pleasure. :)
Party on Wayne! Party on Garth! Chyeah!! (You two are brave - India and I have only belted Bohemian Rhapsody in the house or the truck...never out on an open road!!)
Video. We need video. Some things REQUIRE video. Just sayin', and all that.
LOL, Shannon! I have absolutely no shame. :D
Buck, no video available, sorry. :( I just happened to mention to Silver how I had Bohemian Rhapsody stuck in my head, and we started singing. Totally impromptu. :)
"If you have to spew...spew into this."
Sorry, but "Wayne's World" was how young'uns like me learned to fully appreciate "Bohemian Rhapsody." Heh.
Sarah, Wayne's World was an EPIC movie, and I've made my kids watch (and enjoy!) it, too. Garth not knowing the lyrics, nobody in the car hitting the high note, all wonderful moments.
You should always carry a video recorder for the spontaneous Bohemian Rhapsody events.
And a shotgun for the cicadas.
SCI-FI, I bow to your superior advice. Especially on the cicada matter. *bows*
Maybe I could send you some of my Cicada Killers?

Suldog, I dunno...the cicada song is part of the background symphony here. I think I'd miss their droning.
