This morning at around 7 AM, I woke up to this:
By around 1 PM, it looked like so:
I had to sweep my car off with a broom and kick the accumulated snow from behind my car so I could back out of there. Fun. At least the roads aren't frozen yet. That's for after dark tonight, when all the lovely slush and snowmelt freeze and transform streets and parking lots to ice rinks. I'm making DAMN sure I'm home before dark today. And I'm also DAMN glad I don't have to go anywhere tomorrow. Most likely, that is...I'm on call at work in the afternoon...

Snow? I didn't see any snow;)
Don't expect to be going anywhere in the morning.
This stuff is going to freeze solid and Texas doesn't do snow plows.
Going to be a fun morning.
Heh- "enjoy" the snow and ice... I came home to 35 inches of that @#^* in my driveway...
I love snow...especially when it is somewhere else :)
Heh. We feels yore pain. I've had enough of this shit for this year. TOO much, actually. If I'd have wanted snow I would have stayed in Michigan or eastern Noo Yawk.
Somehow, this makes me happy. We were supposed to be hit hard up here in Boston on Wednesday - 7 or 9 inches - but we got ONE INCH. I guess our shipment was misdirected to other parts of the country :-)
I like snow, as long as I don't have to go anywhere. Luckily, it's melting like crazy already and the roads are clear. Yesterday evening, however, I did NOT enjoy my drive from the library back home. Ugh.
