Local idiom

What I hear most often:

"Hihowahyah?" (yes, it's all one word...TRUST ME.)

and:

"Y'naht from aroun'heah...wheah ya from?"

Gee, how could they POSSIBLY tell I'm not from around here?
:)

The correct answer to the second one is simple: "Away."

Zercool is correct. "From Away" or "I'm From Away" also works.

Answer to the first. "Puttygud, you?"

I can help you practice that one!

Better yet for the first is "Finest Kind!"

one of my faves.

Heh, I can crack up my husband by telling him I "pahked my cah in Hahvahd yahd" since I normally have no such accent its apparently a bit of a shock when I do.

Otherwise Zercool and Weer'd have gien you good advice on the rest.

I don't know about the advice given thus far. "Away" is likely to just get folks to ask you, "Away? Away Where?", so you might as well just tell them in the first place. Or you can make up whatever you want, really. Most Massachusetts people recognize five American accents other than their own:

New York - Also includes New Jersey, parts of Philadelphia, and, depending upon whether the person in question is a Red Sox fan, Connecticut.

Southern - This could be anywhere from Virginia to Florida to Tennessee to Arkansas. Doesn't matter. You're from the south.

Texan - Or, what they think is Texan, anyway. It could be anywhere from New Mexico to Oklahoma to certain regions of Mississippi. We don't know any better.

California - Any part of the west coast, as well as certain sections of Idaho, Montana, and Nevada. Depending upon the thickness of the Masshole, it could also include Hawaii.

West of Worcester - Springfield to Milwaukee, you name it.

I think that you should also try/promote the Epiphany Massager too! It's such a rad personal massager because of the ability to reach any spot on your back and apply the right amount of pressure you need! Go get one and tell the masses what you have found!

I have a better idea! Why don't you take one of those massagers and fuck yourself in your spamhole?!

Jeez.

Comment moderation FTW... :P (But I do like your response to the anonymous troll, hahaha.)
