My Life as a Hematology/Oncology Travel Nurse
That is exciting! Happy for you babe!
I'm happy for you. It'll be here before you know it. :)
Thanks, Guys!I also got the letter of approval in the mail from the insurance company, so they've green-lighted it as well.Yup, before I know it, I'll be going under the knife!
w00t! Congrats! Are you exercising in anticipation of your surgery? I heard somewhere that people who got in better shape before any surgery had a faster healing rate than those who didn't. I would be skipping (carefully) through the dog park all excited and giddy! Good luck!
Blondie, I've been on a program for the last five months. I go to the gym 3-4 times per week. They are very concerned about loss of lean muscle mass, so they want us to be very strong before the surgery. I also am required to meet with my personal trainer once a week and to document my workouts (otherwise the insurance wouldn't have approved the surgery!)
5 weeks i hope it goes quickly for you.
Thanks, Snagley! This year has been flying by, anyway, hasn't it?
Good luck darlin'!!!
