It's the "as needed" bit that struck MY funny bone, hard! (no pun...)
As far as REALLY needing to know stuff... I feel that way about the frickin' Viagra ADS. There are WAY too many of 'em and I see 'em at all hours of the damned day and night. I have no idea what Viagra costs, but I'd venture a guess that it's twice as much as it should be, based on their advertising campaign... i.e., the HUGE number of ads I see. And the ads themselves are just SO very lame as to make one's skin crawl. NOTHING makes me dive for the remote and its mute button faster than a gottdamned Viagra ad...
Buck, don't stop now, tell me what you REALLY think...;) Advertising is one of the main reasons I quit having television again. I can't stand any commercials. They all drive me nuts.
DN - *LOL* Mainly we want to know about painkillers, muscle relaxants, blood thinners; stuff like that. Also if you're a diabetic, if you have neuropathy. Anything that would make it hard to tell the therapist that the pressure is too much (which means we could inadvertently injure the client, never a good thing!)
I have no doubt I'll be in the same situation someday. Hopefully it won't get broadcast all over the Internet. Wait...who am I kidding....if that day ever comes, and I'm still blogging...you can bet I'll be broadcasting it!

It's totally sad because I'm the sort of person who'd put that down...I mean, what if it were pertinent? Over analytical type A---that's me.
