OK, I've got to ask: Why? I can understand if it's a question of hygiene - the smell may be bothersome; I don't know - but what difference does it make if the person is high? I'm not trying to be flippant. Is there a reason other than your own prejudices concerning marijuana? Some medical concern? As a person who does not smoke pot now, but who did for many years, I am not aware of any good reason for not getting a massage when under the influence of cannabis.
I have no prejudice against marijuana at all, I think it should be completely legal. It has to do with intoxication. If you're physically intoxicated, massage is contraindicated. ANY intoxicants, legal or otherwise.
