Lethal level is right... sigh... and obviously the 'parents' saw nothing wrong!
I'll be optimistic and say she just finished a health camp and was going to make better choices when ordering her meal!

Was it wrong of me to laugh at this post ?Well, I felt guilty about it right after. Letting a young child get that big is a hallmark of piss-poor parenting.
