TallyAngel (speaking in a tone of dawning horror): OMG, Mom!
Me: What?!
TallyAngel: I didn't know you had so much gray hair!
Me: ...
TallyAngel: I guess it's official now, you're old.
Me, employing a particular digit: Gee, thanks...
I'm amazed she made it to 17, truly I am. ;)

You're not old, you're distinguished.
wait, no....
You're not old, you're matronly
not good either....
hmmmm
Gosh, those highlights in your hair look really nice, Christina!
That's better.
Ah hell. I tell everyone that as long as it turns grey and not loose, I'm good!
You have hair? Lucky!
DaddyBear, that's what I tell everyone...I'm not going gray, I'm going platinum blonde!
Keads, TBeck, you make good points. Of course, I do have much less hair than a few years ago, but since it used to be so thick I could barely brush it, much less comb it, I'm not complaining.
Ah hair.
I've lost it on top, so I buzz the rest of it to the skin short.
About a month or so ago, I noticed I'm going gray around the temples.
So not only do I get to lose my hair, what's left gets to go grey.
:-)

I'm probably less than 2 years away from just buzzing it. I still have enough that it looks OK, but the basic training haircut is looming large in my future.
Meh... as others have said, at least you HAVE hair :-) And it's not blue :-)
That's where you tell her she caused most of that grey hair ;)
We of the follicly-challenged are seriously jealous of your hair, whatever shade it may be!
