I feel like an utter slug. Since I've been sick, I haven't been able to exercise (except for singing and dancing, yay!). The last time I worked out was on December 21st, two weeks from tomorrow. I'm still coughing, but it isn't nearly as bad as it was even a few days ago. At least I haven't been sucking down the cough syrup like I was!
So I'm determined to hit the gym tomorrow, even if it kills me! I have a fitness assessment on Thursday, and I don't want to fail abysmally.
Wish me luck, I'm gonna need it!

I don't know many (if any) folks who work out when they're sick, so don't beat yourself up too badly, Christina.

Thanks, Buck. I wimped out, though. I only got about three hours of sleep, and when I got up, my cough was worse again. I think it's time I went to see the doc, since I'm not getting 100% better quickly enough.

Thanks, Jim. I'm really going to try to make it into the gym either early morning or late afternoon Wednesday, but no guarantees. I'm still coughing, dammit!
I hope you feel better, you've been working awful hard, and dieting, and with the stress of the holidays. That will happen. Rest. . pamper yourself. Have some homemade bread, honey and tea. Just a little bit.

Thanks, Brigid! I feel almost 100% better now. I went for my fitness assessment, but the trainer refused me 'cause I'm still sick, said it would skew my results. Oh, well. I'll get back on the wagon tomorrow morning. I just have to.
