Yep, the DO do good work, in addition to being 'toys' to screw with the cats and dogs!

Nephrological haiku FTW.

Two thumbs up.
One for the haiku, one for the message it carries.

I wish.

Mine was almost the size of a raisin. They went in and got it. No cutting. They went in the out door.

I have the honor of being the focus of Christina's lovely Haiku....

Hey North... I'll see your one raisin and raise you a half dozen raisins with one stuck in the hallway to the "outdoor"

lol...

The Laser was used to dis-impact stone completely obstructing and imbedded in my ureter, then I got to live with a stent for a month.

This round was clearing the rest of the previously impacted stone and a 9mm stone having a party in my left kidney. And that was just the left side...

luckily the right only took one round to clear.

Oh and yes it was all done thru the "outdoor"... twice in the last month... but it beats open surgery by a mile.

My suggestion is to not believe my old urologist who said... "we don't need to do anything about the stones until they hurt. " Evidentially he was very wrong.

One more week of this Stent and then that gets pulled and hopefully my new urologist will have a good plan to keep the stones away
