Eh. She was in one of our few remaining semi-private rooms, and I couldn't inflict that stench on her roommate any longer than absolutely necessary. Good news is, we were able to move her to a private room (and she wasn't my patient any longer, w00t!)
I just hate those situations where the decision about whether to remove the poop from the patient or remove the patient from the poop becomes the major conundrum. If it's oozing over the siderails removing the patient from the bed is usually the best option. I feel your olfactory pain.
