You should anonymously fill one out for "whoever" from "any" department "that can effectively use spellcheck or a dictionary" with large obnoxious arrows pointing toward the word "ballet."
Or maybe you should post a bulletin next to the box claiming discrimination because not everybody is capable of doing ballet!
