I passed!

Got an email from the head of the Computer Department at Nearby Community College today: I passed that stupid exam!

They were generous. I scored 69.65%, and they rounded it up to 70%.

Who cares?

I FUCKING PASSED!

I do not have to take the class, and it's one more prerequisite down. Yay!!

    Let's hear it for grading on the curve sorta.

    It doesn't matter in the long run - very few jobs ask you the geek questions. They want to know if you can do the work.

    Congrats. As a long time (don't want to admit how long) college student - finally college grad, I can understand knocking out as many classes as you can.

    Thanks so much, Everyone!

    I start classes on June 7th. I'm taking two online classes over the summer sessions: Developmental Psychology and English Composition II. In the fall semester I'll take Anatomy & Physiology I and Microbiology, then in the Spring A&P II and Statistics. Then I'll be able to apply for nursing school, w00t!

    Good job, Carteach0, btw! I celebrated by going to the gym and working out, now I'm enjoying a steak...hoist a few for me, will ya?
