It's such an incredibly lovely day outside...

I took a walk with my dogs and tried not to think about bitchy people who do nothing but bitch and bitch. And bitch. And tear other people down.

'Cause I work with someone like that, and I don't like it or her.

Grrrrrr.

  1. Ah. . Little Mary Sunshine. I had one of those in my last office.

Look at it this way, somewhere, someplace, there's some man that has to put up with it.

At least you can leave it as you walk out the door.

  2. As Stingray says, be polite, be courteous, and have a plan to kill her. Smile at her. Just smile at her.

  3. Brigid, good point! I did take that nice walk...

TOTC, I'm always polite and courteous. But what's going on in my head is quite a different story...

  4. Agree with Brigid... we have a guy like that in the office... I pity his wife... And yeah, the 'mental' has nothing to do with reality :-)

  6. Bag Blog, I wish I could, but at the spa it's unavoidable. We have a tiny, little break room and if we're not in a service, we're all jammed together in there.

I'll just keep being polite and just try to avoid interacting with her as much as I can. *sigh*

  8. God save us from the eternally pessimistic. I think Hell will be Hell not so much because of the heat but because of the people complaining about the heat.

  9. Right. This lady has a cloud of negativity surrounding her. It's awful.

  12. I think that people who do that are just miserable creatures, who want nothing more than to drag everyone down to their level of misery.

It's not your fault that her life sucks.

  13. Thanks, B.R. I know that you're right. But it's tough when she talks trash about me behind my back.

  14. I'll kick her ass if I hear any of it, mom! >:[

She does remind me of a certain song...

Misery...you insist that the weight of the world should be on your shoulders...

  15. A daughter who wants to kick ass on my behalf? And who quotes Metallica?

How did I get so lucky?!
