Irony?

I don't want to sound all ignorant, but does it qualify as "ironic" for a five-foot-tall man to be wearing a Michael Jordan basketball jersey?

Hilarious it most definitely was...but was it IRONIC?!

    Technically, no, it is not ironic, but I think most people would let you pass on saying it is.
    Whenever I hear someone say something is ironic I think of that Alanis Morissette (sp?) song, that entire song is a great example of what is not ironic, she was/is a confused girl.
