It's pretty sad...

when the neighbor's rabbit hutches smell far more pleasant to me than the guy standing next to where I'm sitting on the T. Fresh rabbit urine and droppings are more tolerable than STALE HUMAN PISS. Ugh.

What's worse? The summer sweat smell, or the winter tuberculosis games?

Thankfully, I've not had to ride during the height of summer (yet), and this winter has been so mild, I've only had to shield my face from shared droplets once or twice so far...I guess I've been lucky!

Believe me Christina, You ain't smelled nuthin' yet! Wait until clinicals start. Stale urine is a perfume compared to Pseudomonas.

LOL, but in a facility, with sick patients, I EXPECT foul odors. C-Diff is pretty bad, too, and I had to deal with that shit (pun intended) back in the day. When I'm riding on the T, reading a book, I don't expect to be bombarded with someone's nasty stench. But I guess I should, huh...?

Every smell in the world shows up on the T sooner or later. Enjoy!

Ugh, 4 years of riding the red line was enough for me. The T is a leper colony on wheels. The day before college graduation was the last day I rode the T. I'd rather pay the $30 for parking now.
