Interesting...

a client yesterday had two tattoos. Not a big deal, really; many clients have tattoos. What made this client interesting was the location of her tattoos:

She had a tattoo on the dorsal surface of each big toe, one tiny butterfly and one tiny ladybug. I wish I could have asked her the significance of these tattoos, but my biggest rule during a massage is only speaking when spoken to. I never initiate a conversation.

So my curiosity will remain unappeased. Dammit.

You got that right, Old NFO...the things I see sometimes, and I'm dying to know the whys and wherefores...I just have to grin and bear it, I guess!

I knew a teacher with a tattoo of a butterfly on her big toe - must be gang related :)

By the way, we never got down your way due to my MIL getting sick and we all went to Lubbock instead.

oooooh, I need to do some research on teacher-gangs! :D

Sorry about your MIL, I hope you'll make it down here sometime soon, though.
