My ticker.

I don't know if you've been paying attention to my weight-loss ticker, but just in case you haven't noticed, I wanted to point out to you that I've changed my goal weight by ten pounds. I moved it up from 135 to 145, because honestly, I think I'd be too skinny at 135. It's amazing and a bit scary to me that I only have about 16 more pounds to go in my journey. Hopefully those 16 pounds come out of my upper thighs...just sayin'!

At any rate, I'm so close I can almost taste victory on my tongue, and its taste is sweet.

:)

I'm really proud of you. I've only lost 14 this summer, and that's been a struggle, but I'm definitely stronger and I think ready to go chase a elk at a high elevation.

Good on ya for moving the ticker, Christina. Stick-thin, anorexic-looking women drive me NUTS. Women should be curvy.

What Buck said.

Ultimately you are the one that has to be happy with the results, but it's important not to go overboard.

Keep up the good work.

Brigid, you are a gorgeous, curvy woman. Kudos for losing the 14 pounds, but you're more than fine where you're at now! Strong is good, though. :)

Buck, I will NEVER be stick-like, trust me on that. Curves I will always have, thankfully.

Thanks, Buckskins Rule! I'll manage to lose these last few pounds, and I'll be thrilled to get there. Strength training is also important to me, I like having muscles and being strong.

Wow, that is so great! And I know how difficult it is to lose weight. When you get to your goal, treat yourself to someone massaging YOU! Preferably a blond Swede in his twenties...

*rowr* Sparrow! I like the way you think!

Dick...you make me blush! Thank you!

Woo- good on you for the weightloss -- AND for letting an extra 10 lbs stay. I agree with Buck - anorexic women are no longer "babes" in my humble opinion. God gave women curves for a reason...

Thanks, SCI-FI. Yeah, I agree with you guys (obviously) that being too skinny is not the way to go.
