Drunk Blogging

is not recommended. I'm at my friend's house, and I'm lying down (not falling down) drunk. My daughter dumped half my water bottle on my face when I slid out of my chair onto the floor, because she thought I'd passed out. HAH! I just felt more secure horizontal rather than vertical. Pictures to follow tomorrow. Thank goodness for spellcheck. I'll talk to you later.
Bye! Love ya! Burping is way better than spewing!

Oh, wow. I actually went around and told people, "I just blogged while I'm drunk, ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!" Like it was a special achievement. *sigh*
I did have a lot of fun, even though I have almost no voice right now from being the singer on "Rockband" for hours on end.

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who overindulged on New Year's.

Trueman and I went to the Portsmouth Scottish Walk in the afternoon and then to Cruiser's (a local sports bar) to ring in the New Year. There, I was introduced to a drink called Vampire's Kiss (vodka and cranberry). Due to the fact that vodka doesn't have a taste and Vampire's kiss goes down like water ... well, you get the idea.

I've not yet blogged about it, having needed the day to recover. My knees are killing me. That's what you get when you shake your booty for five hours on the dance floor.

Whew! I'm glad I haven't been left hanging here, too!
Vodka has definitely been my downfall in the past, but rum punch is my drink of choice now. Yum! I danced as well, but mostly sang. I have two numb toes on my right foot from wearing killer heels all night. I was actually comfortable in them, I think because of the weight loss.
As long as your knees are the only part of you aching, I think you came out pretty well!

You are so right, Phlegm. I *shudder* to think of the utter crap one could end up with if drunk shopping.
