Chuck...naturally!

Thanks, Phlegmmy!

It was a lot of fun, I voted at a local Albertson's (grocery store, in case you didn't know), and there was a long, though fast-moving, line. Everyone was in a good mood, too. We chatted a bit about ice cream (since the line marched along the freezer case). Silver got to go to the voting booth with me, yays! She actually helped me, 'cause I made a boo-boo with the touch screen and couldn't figure out how to fix it...but she did! I had my sample ballot with me for reference. The election workers were very thorough in checking signatures for matching, etc. I was impressed at how smoothly everything went. And I was so excited, I was practically jumping up and down before I was through. One thing made me chuckle...there was a sign right outside the voting area that reminded everyone they were only permitted to vote ONCE. No, really?! Aw, shucks! I planned on voting at least a dozen times. Party poopers.

wow - voted at a grocery store? That's COOL.

Your sexy sexy shoes are up on my blog, now. Walk on, baby!

Waay-cool...on the badge. I miss not getting "the sticky" by voting in a polling place; you don't get 'em when you mail your ballot in.

I don't think I'd do vote-by-mail; I really enjoyed the whole process of doing it in person. Early voting is a must, however. Didn't want to be waiting at the polls forever!
